How to select the right size?
Atlas Dunnage produces and stocks a variety of sizes of dunnage bags in all levels. Please contact us for more information on the sizes we offer.

Dunnage airbags perform best when the pressure force of the bag exerted onto the load is equal to, or greater than the weight of the product. In order accomplish this, the bag needs to have as much surface contact with the product as possible.
The red areas in the images to the right show the part of the bag that is not touching the cargo. These red areas need to be minimized by either reducing the void size, or increasing the bag size. An optimal bag size will have maximum surface coverage on the product it is bracing without protruding above the product.
Quality Control
No other manufacturer focuses as much on quality as we do. This starts from the moment we receive the resin and additives that go into our extruders and continues all the way down the line until the finished bag is packed into a box and loaded onto a truck or container.
We do leakage test on 10% of our lightweight production and 100% of our heavy weight production.
